FAQs
What Lessons do you use?
I use a variety of professionally produced lessons adapted to my teaching style and to my students' particular requirements. After each lesson, I usually send students extra lesson handouts for their notes and revision. Lessons are tailored to the student and consist of both grammar and topical subjects or themes.
Do you only teach lessons online?
Yes. I only teach my lessons online via Zoom.
Do You only teach one-TO-ONE lessons?
Usually, I am very flexible, so always willing to consider other requests for more than one person at a time.
Do you belong to an agency?
No, I prefer to be an independent English tutor. I can choose my own lessons that best suit my students at their English level and tailor the curriculum to their needs.
How does the student pay for their lessons?
After the first two free lessons, the student will receive a monthly invoice for payment. All lessons are paid for in advance.
What Equipment do i need to recEIVE lessons?
Preferably a desktop PC or a laptop with a camera and audio. It is possible to use a tablet (iOS or Android) if a laptop is not available, but it must have a camera and audio. We do not recommend only using a mobile phone for lessons. Students will also need Zoom conferencing software (free), a word processor that can read Word files (can be free - Libre Office, for example), and Adobe Reader for PDF files (free).
